From May 4-10, 2025, WellWorks will offer one free week to current 7mkr employees who are currently not members.
By participating, 7mkr employees can become empowered to advocate for themselves and their colleagues, creating a safer and more supportive workplace environment for all.
7mkr’s wellness center, WellWorks, has announced that it will reformat its membership options to better support a variety of well-being goals.
The week is an opportunity for non-member employees to experience the WellWorks facilities, classes and online programs, as well as additional offerings such as massage, reiki and nutrition counseling.
Designed to teach how to properly utilize fitness equipment and the various ways it can be helpful, the July 31 workshop will be led by Kristen Vulgamore, a senior majoring in exercise physiology.
